1. Turn the negative into positive

That job interview you failed? That’s just an opportunity for you to find a better job. Life is 20% what happens to you and 80% how you react to it. Don’t let the set backs you face set you back. Use them as opportunities to learn from and grow.

2. Do one thing at a time

We are living in a time where focus is so rare and people are distracted so easily. It is now known that the average adult has an attention span 1 second lower than a gold fish. Be different from the crowd. Whatever you do, do only one thing at a time and put your 100% focus in it.

3. Create a To-Do list and DO IT

Tonight, before going to bed write 3 things for you to accomplish the next day. Make it your full COMMITMENT to do the 3 things no matter what. By accomplishing these 3 things, no matter how small of a task they are, you are giving a message to your subconscious mind that you keep your word and that what you say, you do. This will motivate you to do the same thing the next night and eventually this will turn into a habit.

4. Read motivational content

This one is a bit cliche, but it works. In a World where you are surrounded by negativity and manipulative media, one should find time to hear or read some motivational content to re-ignite that fire within. By watching a motivational video or by reading an inspirational article, you are flooding your mind with motivating content and therefore you are ‘brainwashing’ your mind in a positive way.

5. Take cold showers

When you feel groggy and you do feel like doing nothing and stay in your bed, you should go and take a cold shower IMMEDIATELY. A cold shower is known to have numerous benefits like increasing heart-rate andĀ improves blood circulation in all parts of the body. This will help you wake up and go through your day like you are unstoppable.
